Job Title: Change Manager
Location: Scarborough, ON
Duration: 6 Months
A recognized post-secondary degree/certificate in Adult Education, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years people management experience, with formal responsibility for performance management.
3-5 years classroom facilitation experience delivering management level programs, or 3-5 years of experience facilitating change initiatives with teams in a financial services company.
2-3 years of experience with virtual learning (iShare/ audio/video conferencing).
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) Office 365 Migration/ or similar
2) Leading change
3) Ability to lead sessions/ facilitate to management at all levels
4) Provide technical support before flipping to the tech team
5) Sharepoint, Microsoft Azure, Office Suite
6) Nice to have: Active Directory, technical experience with migration
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Post-Secondary education
