Our client, within the public sector, has asked Bagg Technology Resources to assist them in finding two IT Project Managers to join their reputable organization on a contract basis in Scarborough. We are looking for seasoned IT Project Managers with over ten years of experience to lead a technology and business driven key initiative for a major project within government. The IT Project Managers will create and manage an organization wide integrated project plan, budget, and schedule to ensure targets are achieved as committed and that project work is completed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage an organization wide integrated project plan, budget and schedule
  • Ensure targets are achieved as committed and that project work is completed on time and on budget
  • Coordinate a multi-stakeholder team, including management of two data analysts, to plan and deliver a results-based command centre for the organization
  • Engage with Strategic Leadership Team and business owners using a client service model to ensure corporate support throughout the project
  • Motivate and lead project teams
  • Manage risks and interdependencies
  • Work with multiple vendors and stakeholders to translate business expectations into agile approach required to deliver products and projects
  • Other duties as required  


  • Extensive experience in managing agile teams, have worked with multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Agile skills
  • Experience implementing and managing multiple software applications, such as Business Intelligence tools, along with data drive solutions
  • Ability to deliver successful projects that have dependencies on other initiatives and timelines
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience motivating and leading a project team in a fast-paced environment
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
  • Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project
  • Ability to work in collaborative software such as Jira and SharePoint
