Our client, a creative and high-tech organization within the technology solutions industry, has asked Bagg Technology Resources to assist them in finding two Software Account Managers to join their innovative team on a full-time permanent opportunity. The Account Managers will work directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience with the deployment and use of software products. The AMs will serve as the customer’s trusted resource to guide them throughout their entire solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the enterprise-wide point of coordination across the customer’s various organizations
  • Advocate the customer’s needs back to the company
  • Understand and develop a relationship with clients and the client’s executive sponsors
  • Align resources and lead discussions incorporating seasoned product experts to address customer’s product solution queries
  • Work with customers to help them get the most out of the software products while establishing best practices within their organizations
  • Develop Frameworks by designing methodologies, tools, and scripts, to speed-up deployment, integration, and adoption
  • Manage accounts by working with Support and Sales Team to help customers through critical issues
  • Drive product feedbacks by developing and streaming usage insights and processes that are fed back into other departments
  • Work on ad-hoc projects focused on improving customer experience
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in Technical and Process consulting, support, development, or technical pre-sales
  • Ability to help customers through complex issues
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must have experience dealing with customers
  • Technical Knowledge with the ability to go into depth on product architecture
  • Experienced with web technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess excellent business acumen
