Our client, a creative and high-tech organization within the technology solutions industry, has asked Bagg Technology Resources to assist them in finding a Software Sales Representative to join their innovative organization on a full-time permanent opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands technology and has a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and finding new business - prospect, cold call and develop new business relationships/customer accounts
  • Stay on top of product and industry knowledge
  • Explaining cloud-based software products to customers
  • Planning and managing your monthly appointment activity and pipeline
  • Introducing prospects to software products
  • Collaborating with internal subject matter expects to gain even more technical knowledge
  • Deliver a great customer experience
  • Ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Attend product training as required
  • Maintain a stellar relationship with peers
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in the technology industry – specifically knowledge of cloud-based software
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understands solution selling
  • Solid business acumen
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent written and communication skills
