Our Client has asked Bagg Technology Resources to assist them in finding a dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join the ERP Program team. This role requires knowledge of the SuccessFactors suite and understanding of HR processes.

Work in collaboration with project team members, IT and external vendor to ensure the quality of the product.
Responsible to support the HR team with testing, training, process documentation, Go-live support among others.
BA degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer science or another relevant field
Work experience in Human Resources field
Minimum 4 years’ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (cloud solution)
Previous experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, and On/Offboarding modules
Experience in preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
SAP/SuccessFactors certification an asset
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
Experience with Enable Now an asset
Superior oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration with a proven ability to successfully deal with complex issues working within the context of cross-functional teams
Results-oriented critical thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to build positive working relationships with professionals at all levels
Ability to exercise judgment, take initiative and work with various levels of employees
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
