Computer Application Support Specialist – Senior

Location: Kingston, ON

Type: 4-Month Contract

Our client located in Petawawa has asked Bagg Technology Resources to assist them in finding a Computer Application Support Specialist to join their dynamic organization on a contract basis.

  • Supports the end users and troubleshoots IT related problems for the use, features and restrictions related to their computer equipment, and configuration of the software/hardware available to them.
  • Review initial diagnostic information provided by the Service Desk and troubleshoots further, updating automated records.
  • Communicates progress in a timely manner. Monitors incidents and service requests, undertakes resolution of incidents.
  • Skills, practices and techniques of computer science, LAN/MAN/WAN and workstation systems, understanding of Desktop Lifecycle Material Management and Ever greening systems client service management; capacities, capabilities and requirements of a variety of computer platforms and equipment to monitor, troubleshoot, identify and resolve IM/IT problems.

MUST HAVE Security Clearance


Please note:  Secret Security Clearance is required; however, a Reliability Screening will be accepted with the condition that a Level 2 Secret clearance will be submitted within the first week of employment.
