Yardi Support Analyst- Full-Time Permanent

Location: Toronto

 

Our Client has asked Bagg Technology Resources to assist them in finding a Yardi Support Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Yardi Support Analyst maintains a SaaS environment and provides user support by working on system issues, installing and troubleshooting Yardi software programs and upgrades, monitoring system performance, and providing documentation. The Yardi Support Analyst will work closely with TCOM to automate manual processes, realize business unit synergies, create Yardi reports and reduce costs relating to the firm operations platform. This role will also be responsible for working with other IT support staff in the diagnosis and resolution of other support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Yardi database, create and maintain users, user/property/menu-based security, scheduled reports, custom menus and workflows.
  • Manage daily requests to assist end-users with trouble issues or knowledge requests.
  • Liaison with various business groups for Yardi related report creation.
  • Continuously stays up to date with Yardi system changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is globally understood.
  • Document and implement Yardi and other systems policies and procedures, update existing policies/procedures as needed.
  • Assists with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance when required.
  • Monitor system daily to ensure optimum performance, troubleshooting system issues etc.
  • Work with business stakeholders to automate processes, develop reports, and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Manage all support requests regarding Yardi.
  • Create, modify, and maintain user settings, profiles and menu sets
  • Possess working knowledge of T-SQL, HTML, SSRS, Crystal Reports
  • Work with external Yardi support staff to resolve system issues, ensuring TCOM is at the forefront of new technology
  • Perform ad hoc assignments, as needed
